    Organic buckwheat tea (soba cha) made from Japanese variety buckwheat grown in the US and freshly dehulled and small-batch roasted in San Francisco.

    Popular in Japan, soba cha has been shown in studies to aid in weight loss, diabetes and heart health.

    Nutty, aromatic, complex flavors with naturally no caffeine. Artisanal processing using special equipment retains freshness and nutrients. Provided loose in a 1/2 lb vacuum sealed bag. Use 2-3 teaspoons and steep in boiling water for 5 minutes.

    Use within 3 months.
